The updated order directs residents who have tested positive or have symptoms to remain in isolation at their residence or another place away from other people in their home for at least 10 days, they said in a news release. The order previously stipulated seven days as advised by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the release said.

幸运飞艇4码选号技巧Non-compliance with the order could result in fines up to $2,000 per day. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their children or child complies with this order.

幸运飞艇4码选号技巧The updated coronavirus-related numbers showed an increase to 562 deaths. The number reflects what's been reported to authorities and confirmed by medical examination, but may not reflect the total number of deaths, Rockland Medical Examiner Dr. Laura Carbone has said.

Health officials consider the hospitalization rates key indicators for analyzing if the virus is spreading or declining in a region.

While the number of confirmed deaths increased, people hospitalized in Rockland with a confirmed case of COVID-19 decreased to 149 from 163 on Thursday and 166 on Wednesday, according to the county website. People hospitalized and under investigation for the virus rose to 21, from 18 on Thursday and 18 on Wednesday.

New York's death toll far exceeds any other state in the nation and rivals the number of deaths in some major countries across the globe.

幸运飞艇4码选号技巧The governor explained how the state became an epicenter for the virus. He said while the federal government and world focused on China as the source, people brought the disease by plane to European nations, infected others and then a few million people flew into New York and New Jersey airports, bringing the highly contagious virus to the East Coast of the United States.
